Sarah Douglas

Director 

Sarah has been with L2 Construction Management Solutions (L2CMS) and INTREN since 2013, bringing with her 16 years of experience in the energy industry. Her extensive knowledge of program and project management paired with process improvement provided Sarah the opportunity to join INTREN as an account manager leading INTREN’s construction management services in California. Soon after, Sarah helped develop, brand and launch L2CMS, a professional services company specializing in the energy industry in early 2015. Sarah officially became its director in 2016.

Sarah holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Nevada State College and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. Outside of work, she regularly attends University of Michigan football games with her husband—GO BLUE!—and spends the rest of her free time keeping up with their two young children.
